UTSW-TH Thermostat
The UTSW- TH thermostat provides simple, streamlined control of underfloor heating from a single unit. Designed for ease of use, it allows heating to be controlled without complicated settings or confusing menus.
A large colour touch screen provides a clear and easy-to-read interface while the same unit can be configured for either vertical or horizontal display, allowing the screen orientation to suit the installation and preferred visual layout.
With a straightforward 5 + 2 or 7-day programming, heating schedules can be set to match everyday routines. Once programmed, the UTSW-TH automatically manages operation according to the selected schedule, helping maintain comfort while supporting more efficient heating use.
Simple menus and logical controls make the controller easy to use for both homeowners and installers. The UTSW-TH is Approved to SAA Standards, meeting the stated Australian safety and compliance requirements.

Our manufacturer provides a 10 year warranty on the cable. Should you experience a fault with the cable, please contact us and we’ll have our technician arrange a suitable time to conduct tests.
Mats
Our manufacturer provides a 10 year warranty on Floor Heating Cable that is attached to an adhesive mat. Should you experience a fault with the cable, please contact us to discuss the issue and a suitable time to conduct tests.
Note: There may be a call out fee for testing cable and mat faults. Please ask us at the time of reporting the fault.
Thermostats
Our manufacturer provides a 2 year replacement warranty on thermostats. Should you experience a fault, please contact us and we’ll organise a replacement for your electrician to install.
Towel Rails
Our manufacturer provides a 10 year warranty for construction / heating element. The coating on coloured rails are covered by a 2 year warranty.
Product Warranty
Our Manufacturer’s products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure & for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality & the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Shipping
We provide free shipping within Australia on all our products, and usually ship within 2 to 4 business days.
Occasionally delays can occur when we are waiting for stock from our suppliers but will update you of any issues after you’ve placed your order.
Please note: Australia Post is currently experiencing delays within their delivery network which are beyond our control. If your order is urgent, please call us to arrange a courier at an additional cost.
Refunds and Returns
We will happily accept return of goods within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in good, re-sellable condition without damage to the box.
Unfortunately we may need to pass on a restocking fee from our supplier
Towel rails may only be returned if the internal packaging has not been dismantled.
All return postage is at the expense of the purchaser.
All refunds are applied once goods have been returned.
